John founded Andreu Realty after fifteen years in real estate between France, Miami and Sint Maarten. He began with a major European developer — selling buildings off-plan, shaping their marketing and guiding buyers from reservation to handover — then advised clients as a financial adviser specialised in real-estate investment products.
Licensed on both the Dutch and French sides, he leads every acquisition the same way: the numbers first, then the lifestyle, and the exit strategy from day one — in French or in English.
